‘Vinaed’ is a sci-fi writing project that I started in the winter of 2011. At the heart of it is a story centered around a remote station – Vinaed-2 – helping a reclusive species from a neighbouring sector tackle a rapidly-escalating situation that, if mishandled, risks impacting them both. Though the project started as a random bit of writing featuring names, places and events with no life outside their immediate context, the basic framework stayed on my mind afterwards and ultimately grew into something a bit bigger.
This project is my creative sci-fi outlet. Posts will be either story pieces (TRANS_LOG entries) or information about the world ($DB entries). Please note that story posts are not in chronological order; as a result, I ask that you treat them as pictures or clips instead of as chapters in a book.
